The Public Service Grievance Board is an independent, adjudicative tribunal that provides dispute resolution services in respect of disputes between certain members of Ontario’s public service who are excluded from collective bargaining and their employers. It is composed of a Chair and at least two other members. The PSGB exercises the powers and performs the duties conferred upon it by the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006, c.35, Sched. A, sections 21 to 27, and Ontario Regulation 378/07.
NOTE: Ontario Reg. 387/07 is very important and should be reviewed carefully by anyone who may file or be a party to a complaint before the Board. It describes:
It is recommended that you carefully review the Regulation before filing a complaint with the Board.
