The Public Service Grievance Board is an independent, adjudicative tribunal that provides dispute resolution services to certain management and excluded members of Ontario's public service and their employers.
PSGB Mission Statement
To provide appropriate dispute resolution services to management/excluded employees and their employers in a fair, impartial and expeditious manner and promote harmonious labour relations in the Ontario Public Service.
